Welcome! I’m Courtney Benjamin, your certified travel specialist, and owner of Majestic Vacations and Retreats, LLC.
Travel planning is complex, and at Majestic I’d like to simplify this process for you by being there for your travel needs every step of the way. I understand the value of the perfect vacation. After all, this is where memories are made that last a lifetime! Allow me to create the journey of your imagination whether it’s a business trip, family vacation, group travel, honeymoon, the sky’s the limit! I specialize in cruise planning, as well as group travel planning (corporate retreats, family reunions, friends’ getaways, bachelor/bachelorette trips, group business travel, sports teams, etc). With all of the changes that have occurred within the travel industry over the past couple of years, and that are still occurring today, allow me to navigate all of the complexities while you sit back and relax. All I need is your vision for the guiding of such!
Who am I? I am a wife and proud mother of 2 children. I have been offering my services, in an official capacity, within the travel industry for the past few years. However, unofficially, for years prior, I was the planner/facilitator of numerous cruises, group, and family vacations, often featuring 25-30 people. My love for planning the details associated, and watching the accompanied joy, inspired me to expand the offering of my services to others through the use of Majestic Vacations. Recently, I have decided to expand this service once again to offer retreats, hence Majestic Vacations and Retreats, LLC.
While travel is certainly a great love of mine, my other love is serving my community through the service of mental health counseling. I am the simultaneous owner of Benjamin Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Social Work from Alabama A&M University. I went further to earn a Master’s degree in Counseling from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Following such, I worked to earn my status as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and use the skills attained to offer counseling services that aid individuals in taking their life back, whatever that means for them. Stay tuned, as I’m in the process of combining my expertise in travel with my love for helping others, to begin offering themed retreats (2023) which will encompass a combination of coaching/groups, self care activities, and overall meaningful fun!!!
